Archived Project ID# 64 of the TBINDC Registry
Long-term Outcome Prediction

Abstract:
Although severity of initial injury has been shown to have some value in predicting long term outcome of TBI, other variables (e.g. personality, family and social support, initial indicators of impairment and disability) may also have significant predictive power. These other factors merit further investigation and may have greater predictive power in combination. Potential outcome predictors will be evaluated for persons of all ages including the elderly.
