Abstract:
Although many outcome predictors have been studied, one that has not received sufficient attention is the level of insurance benefits or financial resources available to a patient. A burgeoning literature, however, attests to how services are influenced by the presence of absence of reimbursement. This influence has been documented in spinal cord injury.
